From start to finish (and then from start to finish again!) my experience with Parkwood Construction has been amazing. John was the first contractor that came to my house and didn't make me want to cry after he left. Every other contractor's vision fell totally short of my expectations but John's vision exceeded expectations and allowed me to see the beauty that my house could be. He worked with the many technical issues we had on the start up of the project and he finished the entire job on the date it was expected to be completed. He was always there to answer questions when I needed him and he listened to all that was asked of him. We had to do our remodel/rebuild in two different phases and while I'm sure this was an inconvenience he never let it show. The second phase of the renovation went just as smoothly as the first, with John and his men always exceeding any expectation I had for him, his workers and the project. I recommend him to everyone I know that has construction needs and already have plans to call upon him with a phase three can be in the works! He and his men are trustworthy.
